参芪四虫汤联合整脊手法治疗颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪四虫汤联合整脊手法治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取102例颈椎病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组给予整脊手法治疗,观察组给予参芪四虫汤联合整脊手法治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率;比较2组治疗前后简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分、血液流变学指标。结果:观察组总有效率90.20%,高于对照组74.51%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、现时疼痛强度(PPI)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组PRI、VAS、PPI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度均较治疗前降低,且均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率1.96%,对照组无不良反应发生,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪四虫汤联合整脊手法治疗颈椎病临床疗效较好,能减轻患者疼痛,改善其血液流变学指标。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Sichong tang combined with spinal manipulation for cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with spinal manipulation,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Sichong tang combined with spinal manipulation.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores and hemorrheology indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 90.20%in the observation group,higher than that of 74.51%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Pain Rating Index(PRI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Present Pain Intensity(PPI)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.96%,and there was no adverse reaction in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Sichong tang combined with spinal manipulation for cervical spondylosis can relieve pain and improve hemorrheology indexes with good clinical effects.
