消炎止痛膏联合硫酸镁治疗蔗糖铁注射所致静脉炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察消炎止痛膏联合硫酸镁治疗蔗糖铁注射所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取112例静脉炎患者,随机分成对照组和研究组各56例。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合消炎止痛膏治疗。观察比较2组临床总有效率,2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及症状体征积分。结果:研究组总有效率为96.4%,对照组为83.9%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组在相同时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、3 d,2组症状体征积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组在相同时间点症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消炎止痛膏联合硫酸镁治疗蔗糖铁注射所致静脉炎,可显著提高临床疗效,有效减轻患者疼痛及临床症状。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of anti-inflammatory analgesic plaster combined with magnesium sulfate for phlebitis caused by iron sucrose injection.Methods:A total of 112 cases of patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the study group was additionally treated with anti-inflammatory analgesic plaster based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and symptoms and sign before and after treatment and the total clinical effective rates in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was96.4%in the study group and 83.9%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment for one and three days,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).After treatment for one and three days,the symptom and sign scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the symptom and sign scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of anti-inflammatory analgesic plaster combined with magnesium sulfate for phlebitis caused by iron sucrose injection can significantly improve clinical effect,and effectively relieve pain and clinical symptoms.
