鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后恶露不尽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后恶露不尽的临床疗效。方法:选取92例产后恶露不尽患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。对照组给予缩宫素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鲜益母草胶囊治疗,2组均连续治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效、子宫下降幅度、子宫三径之和、恶露持续时间、症状缓解时间及不良反应发生率。结果:经秩和检验,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组子宫下降幅度均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),子宫三径之和均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05);观察组子宫下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),子宫三径之和小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶露持续时间、小腹疼痛缓解时间、子宫压痛缓解时间、腰腹坠胀缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率8.70%,与对照组4.35%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗产后恶露不尽疗效较好,可缓解临床症状,缩短病程,安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xian Yimucao capsules combined with oxytocin on postpartum lochiorrhea.Methods:A total of 92 patients with postpartum lochiorrhea were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with Xian Yimucao capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for seven days.The clinical effects,descent of uterus,sum of three uterine diameters,duration of lochia,symptom relief time and incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the descent of uterus in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the sum of three uterine diameters were reduced(P<0.05);the descent of uterus in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the sum of three uterine diameters was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of lochia and relief time of abdominal pain,uterine tenderness and bearing-down and distending pain of low back and abdomen in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.70%in observation group,and was 4.35%in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xian Yimucao capsules combined with oxytocin has a good curative effect on postpartum lochiorrhea,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease,with good safety.
