摘 要:作为磁性液体最成熟的应用之一,磁性液体密封常用的环形磁体存在连通和定位问题,首次提出在永磁体上设计连通通孔这一新型结构。对磁体部位连通通孔尺寸和位置进行建模设计,随后进行有限元分析和仿真,利用仿真结果计算出不同情况下磁体液体密封装置的耐压值,分析了不同结构下密封装置耐压值的变化,为永磁体通孔的设计提供了方案:当通孔设置远轴侧时,其直径应小于磁体径向尺寸的2/3;若需要将通孔位置设置于近轴侧,通孔直径应小于磁体径向尺寸的1/3。该方法设计出的磁性液体密封在工程中成功应用十多年,密封良好,可靠性高。As one of the most mature applications of magnetic fluid,the circular magnet commonly used in magnetic fluid seal has the problem of connection and positioning.In this paper,a new structure of connecting through hole was proposed for the first time on permanent magnet.In this paper,the size and position of the connected through hole in the magnet were modeled and designed,then the finite element analysis and simulation were carried out.The change of the pressure resistance of the seal under different structures was analyzed.The design scheme of permanent magnet through hole was provided:the size of ring magnet should be less than 2/3 of the radial size of magnet and located away from the rotating shaft.The magnetic liquid seal designed by this method has been successfully used in engineering for more than ten years.The sealability is good and the reliability is high.
