摘 要:采用粉末冶金工艺制备(Sm_(0.53)Gd_(0.47))(Co_(0.68)Cu_(0.10)Fe_(0.19)Zr_(0.03))_(7.10)烧结稀土钴永磁材料,考察了烧结温度(1215℃、1218℃、1221℃)对材料性能和微结构的影响。结果表明,随烧结温度增高,材料磁性能提高,1221℃烧结样品的室温磁性能为B_(r)=0.775 T,H_(cb)=590 kA/m,H_(cj)=2309 kA/m,H_(k)=1325 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=118 kJ/m^(3)。500℃下B-H曲线近似直线,磁性能为:B_(r)=0.647 T,H_(cb)=406 kA/m,H_(cj)=514 kA/m,H_(k)=291 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=72 kJ/m^(3),其−55℃~150℃温度范围内磁矩温度系数为−34×10^(−6)/℃,明显优于常规磁体的温度系数(−350×10^(−6)/℃),表明可用于500℃的高温环境。进一步的TEM微观结构观察发现,随着烧结温度增高,1:5H胞壁相的厚度增大,磁体胞尺寸减小,促进了磁性能的改善。(Sm_(0.53)Gd_(0.47))(Co_(0.68)Cu_(0.10)Fe_(0.19)Zr_(0.03))_(7.10)sintered rare earth cobalt permanent magnets were produced by power metallurgy techniques,and the influence of sintering temperature on the magnetic properties and microstructure were studied.The results show that the magnetic properties of the materials increase with the sintering temperature.The sample sintered at 1221℃exhibits room-temperature magnetic properties of B_(r)=0.775 T,H_(cb)=590 kA/m,H_(cj)=2309 kA/m,H_(k)=1325 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=118 kJ/m^(3).The B-H curve at 500℃is approximately straight,and the magnetic properties are as follows:B_(r)=0.647 T,H_(cb)=406 kA/m,H_(cj)=514 kA/m,H_(k)=291 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=72 kJ/m^(3).The temperature coefficient(−55℃to 150℃)of magnetic moment is−34×10^(−6)/℃,obviously better than that(−350×10^(−6)/℃)of conventional magnets,indicating applicability of high temperature of 500℃.Further TEM characterizations show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the thickness of 1:5H cell wall phase increases,and the cell size of magnet cell decreases,promoting the improvement of magnetic properties.
