摘 要:测试和分析了MnZn铁氧体气隙磁心的电感和叠加特性。验证了常见的气隙磁心有效磁导率近似计算公式的适用范围。试验实测了气隙电感相对温度、频率以及磁通密度的稳定性变化趋势,磁心开气隙虽然会降低的电感,但气隙电感相对温度、频率以及磁通密度的稳定性显著提升,如0.1 mm的气隙可以使电感随温度变化幅度从60%缩小到10%以内,可以将截止频率从1.5 MHz提升到近4 MHz,可以使振幅磁导率随磁通密度变化幅度从30%降低到5%以内。通过实测发现在10~500 kHz频率范围内,测试频率对磁心叠加特性的影响基本可以忽略不计。气隙磁心的饱和磁场与磁心相对气隙量和有效横截面积成正比,这种线性相关性可以帮助磁性元器件设计工程师提高磁心结构、磁路参数以及气隙量的设计效率。Inductance and DC-Bias performance of MnZn ferrite gaped core are tested and analyzed in this paper.The applicable range of the common approximate calculation formula for the effective permeability of gaped cores is verified.The dependence of the air gap inductance on temperature,frequency and magnetic flux density is measured.Although air gap will reduce the inductance of the magnetic core,the inductance stability with respect to temperature,frequency and magnetic flux density is significantly improved.For example,0.1 mm air-gap can reduce the change in inductance with temperature from 60%to less than 10%,increase the cut-off frequency from 1.5 MHz to nearly 4 MHz,and reduce the amplitude permeability with the change in magnetic flux density from 30%to within 5%.Through actual measurement,it was found that in the frequency range of 10 kHz to 500 kHz,the influence of the test frequency on DC-Bias performance of the core was basically negligible.The saturation magnetic field of the gaped core is proportional to both gap ratio and effective cross-sectional area.This linear correlation can help magnetic device design engineers speed up the design of magnetic core structure,magnetic circuit parameters,and air gaps.
