摘  要:以多极式结构的磁流变制动器为研究对象,研究线圈参数(线圈数量、线圈电流)对其制动力矩以及能耗的影响。基于电磁场基本理论,建立了多极式磁流变制动器的磁路模型,计算了主要磁路的磁场强度;利用COMSOL有限元分析软件和BOBYQA优化方法,进行结构优化设计与仿真。结果表明,三种方案磁流变液间隙的磁通密度计算和仿真的差值分别为8.33%、13.16%、4.41%。线圈与定子数量相同时制动器的功率密度(T/P)较大,且随着电流的增大,功率密度逐渐减小。总结出线圈布置方式对多极式磁流变制动器性能的影响,为磁流变制动器的发展提供参考。Taking the multi pole magnetorheological brake as the research object,the effects of coil parameters(coil number and coil current)on its braking torque and energy consumption are studied.Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic field,the magnetic circuit model of multipole magnetorheological brake is established,and the magnetic field intensity of the main magnetic circuit is calculated;the structural optimization design and simulation are carried out by using COMSOL finite element analysis software and BABYQA optimization method.The results show that the differences between the magnetic flux density calculation and simulation of the three schemes are 8.33%,13.16%and 4.41%respectively.With the same number of coils and stators,the power density(TP)of the brake is large,and the power density gradually decreases with the increase of current.The influence of coil arrangement on the performance of multipole magnetorheological brake is summarized,which provides a reference for the development of magnetorheological brake.
