摘　　要：设计了一种11阶LC高通滤波,整体采用立方体开腔结构,选取多层LTCF陶瓷作为基板,将电感器集成于基板内部,电容器采用分立元件内埋于腔体中。利用Ansoft-Maxwell软件对电感器三维结构进行电磁仿真,充分兼顾滤波器可靠性、小型化及电路性能最优等原则,确定电感器的结构、空间位置及电气参数值;最后,利用绘图软件设计了LTCF基板的叠层结构、各层电路图、电路层间互联等。研制的高通滤波器性能如下:工作频率1~10 MHz、截止频率1 MHz、尺寸8.2×8.2×2.8 mm、通带插入损耗不高于3.1 dB、电压驻波比小于1.4,该滤波器解决了传统分立器件搭建无源高通滤波器的分立器件多、集成度低的问题。The inductor is integrated in the substrate,and the capacitor is embedded in the cavity with separate elements by using multi-layer LTCF ceramics as substrate.The 11th-order LC high-pass filter structure is designed by Ansoft-Designer software,then the three-dimensional structure of inductor is simulated by Ansoft-Maxwell software,and the principles of filter reliability,miniaturization and optimal circuit performance are fully considered,the structure,space position and electrical parameters of the inductor are determined.Finally,the layering structure,circuit diagram of each layer and interconnection of circuit layers are designed by drawing software.The high-pass filter features operation frequency of 1 to 10 MHz,cutoff frequency of 1 MHz,measurement of 8.2×8.2×2.8 mm,pass band insertion loss of 3.1 dB and voltage standing wave ratio of less than 1.4,which solves the problem of too many discrete devices and low integration degree for the traditional passive high-pass filters.
