摘　　要：为完善老旧小区改造电气设计内容及理论,文中以某医院家属住宅楼电气系统改造为研究基础.利用理论结合实际的方法在设计内容与原则、设计深度与标准、要点难点与问题、施工工艺及新技术、新设备利用方面,来进行探讨,对发现的疑点难点进行剖析,对得出的经验及成果加以总结.为老旧小区改造电气设计工作提供一些参考。To improve the content and theory of electrical design for the renovation of old residential quarters, the design content and principles, design depth and standards, key points, difficulties, problems, construction technologies, and new equipment utilization were discussed in terms of the theory and the practice. The doubts and difficulties were analyzed, and the experience and results were summarized, providing some references for the electrical design of the transformation of old residential areas.
