摘  要:直流供电系统中电力电子装备数目众多,装备的传导电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)特性会受到系统中其他装备的影响。为了揭示系统中装备间的EMI交互作用机理,文中以直流供电系统中的两台逆变器为例,研究逆变器在脱网、挂网、运行和停机等工况下对另一台逆变器的不同交互作用的影响。首先,阐述系统中的典型装备和系统运行工况。然后,建立典型装备共模(common mode,CM)高频模型,并进一步得到系统高频模型。其次,根据装备脱网、挂网、运行和停机等不同工况的特点,阐明装备间EMI交互作用机理。针对装备间传导路径所形成的新谐振问题,分析和定位与新谐振有关的重要参数。最后,提出基于散热器浮地的装备间EMI的抑制方法,在谐振峰处有23dB的衰减,有效地抑制了该谐振。仿真与实验结果证明了该机理分析的正确性和抑制方法的有效性。There is a great deal of power electronic equipment in DC power system,and the conducted electromagnetic interference(EMI)characteristics of the equipment are affected by other equipment in the system.In order to reveal the EMI interaction mechanism between the equipment in the system,this paper took two inverters in DC power system as an example.The different interaction effects of one inverter on another inverter were studied under different operating conditions such as disconnection to grid,connection to grid,running and shutdown.First,the high-frequency CM models of all equipment in the system were established,and the high-frequency system model was further obtained.Secondly,according to the equipment characteristics of the different operating conditions such as disconnection to grid,connection to grid,running and shutdown,the EMI interaction mechanism between the equipment was clarified.The conduction path between the equipment formed the new resonance,so the important parameters related to the new resonance were analyzed and located.Finally,the EMI suppression method based on the floating heatsink was proposed.An attenuation of 23dB at the resonance peak can effectively suppress the resonance.Simulation and experimental results prove the correctness of the mechanism analysis and the effectiveness of the suppression method.
