摘 要:主动换相型电流源换流器(current source converter,CSC)无需较大储能电容且兼具黑启动能力,为远海风电直流并网提供了可行方案;然而,现有CSC因采用脉冲宽度调制,存在直流谐波大、开关损耗高等缺点。对此,提出一种基于基频调制电流源换流器的远海风电并网系统,首先分析其拓扑结构和数学模型,并对CSC进行参数设计,然后提出稳态控制策略和黑启动控制策略,最后在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境中,对提出的控制策略和设计的参数进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,提出的远海风电并网系统能平稳完成风电场黑启动,能稳定控制风电场交流电压/频率,具有良好的稳态特性,并能适应稳态下风电出力的波动。The actively commutated current source converter(CSC)does not require large energy storage capacitors and has the black start capability,which provides a feasible scheme for long-distance offshore wind power transmission.The existing CSC adopts the pulse width modulation(PWM),which has disadvantages such as large DC harmonics and high switching losses.This paper proposed a long-distance offshore wind power transmission system based on the fundamental frequency modulated current source converter.Firstly,its topology and mathematical model were analyzed,and the parameters of the CSC were designed.Then,a steady-state control strategy and a black start control strategy were proposed.Finally,the proposed control strategy and design parameters were simulated and verified in PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation results show that the proposed offshore wind power grid-connected system smoothly realize the black start of wind farms,and stably control the AC voltage and frequency of the wind farm,which has good steady-state characteristics,and adaptability to fluctuations of wind power under steady-state conditions.
