摘  要:基于石蜡和铜金属泡沫制备了复合相变蓄热材料,设计并搭建了一套可视化蓄热实验装置,分析了铜金属泡沫填充率对石蜡相变过程的强化传热机理,得到了复合相变蓄热材料的综合换热系数。实验结果表明,当铜金属泡沫的填充率从0%增至2.13%时,复合相变蓄热材料的融化时间从901s缩短到791s,综合传热系数从1.26W×m^(-1)×K^(-1)提高至4.16W×m^(-1)×K^(-1)。此外,随着铜金属泡沫填充率的增加,复合相变材料的Ra减小而导热强度增加,Ra由金属泡沫填充率为0%的4.66×10^(7)下降至2.13%的2.11×10^(5),下降了99.5%,导热强度由1130.7W×m^(-2)×K^(-1)提高至5653.54W×m^(-2)×K^(-1),后者是前者的5倍。In this study,a set of visualization heat storage experimental equipment was built to analyze the effect of the copper metal foam proportion on heat transfer enhancement in the melting process of phase change materials(PCMs).The integrated heat transfer coefficient of the copper metal foam composite PCMs was obtained.The experimental results show that as the copper metal foam proportion increases from 0%to 2.13%,the melting time of the copper metal foam composite PCMs decreases from 901s to 791s,and the integrated heat transfer coefficient increases from 1.26W×m^(-1)×K^(-1) to 4.16W×m^(-1)×K^(-1).In addition,with the increase of the copper metal foam proportion,the Ra of the composite phase change material decreases while the thermal conductivity increases.The Ra decreases from 4.66×10^(7) and a CMF proportion of 0%to 2.11×10^(5) with a CMF proportion of 2.13%,a decrease of 99.5%;and the thermal conductivity increased from 1130.7W×m^(-2)×K^(-1) to 5653.54W×m^(-2)×K^(-1),which was five times bigger.
