摘 要:共中线拓扑兼备独立母线开绕组拓扑的灵活性和共母线开绕组拓扑在电磁干扰和容错方面的优势,是新能源汽车以及多源混合新能源汽车电驱动系统中一种较为理想的拓扑方案。该文针对共中线开绕组拓扑驱动永磁同步电机开展研究,将一台逆变器直流侧配置电源,作为主逆变器;而另一台逆变器直流侧仅配置浮动电容,作为浮动桥逆变器。基于该拓扑,该文对零序电流控制、中点电位控制、功率分配、电容电压控制、弱磁区域的运行特性和控制等核心问题进行研究,为共中线开绕组拓扑电驱动系统在多源混合新能源汽车中的应用提供依据。最后,通过实验对所设计的控制策略进行验证。The open-end winding dual inverter drive with common mode connected DC buses possesses the flexibility of the dual inverter topology with the isolated DC buses in source selection,a common DC bus in electromagnetic interference,the advantage of fault tolerance,and etc.Therefore,it provides a more ideal topology for new energy vehicles,particularly those powered with multiple sources.In this paper,the dual inverter topology was used to power a permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM),where one inverter was supplied with DC source,referred to as the main inverter;while the other DC bus was just built with a floating capacitor,referred to as the floating inverter.Based on this topology configuration,some basic points,such as the zero-sequence current control,the neutral-point voltage control,the power assignment,the capacitor voltage control of the floating inverter,as well as the characteristics and control in the flux weakening range were studied,which can provide a basis for the use of this topology in the new energy vehicles powered with multiple sources.The analysis and the control schemes can be validated through experiments.
