数字射线在聚乙烯燃气管道检验中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文提出了一种聚乙烯燃气管道热熔和电熔焊接接头缺陷检测方法,分析了热熔和电熔焊接接头失效模式,制备了带有人为缺陷的电熔和热熔焊接接头,采用数字射线(DR)对带有人为缺陷的接头进行检测,实验结果表明,数字射线能够作为一种可靠的检测手段对聚乙烯燃气管道焊接接头进行可靠检测.通过对在役聚乙烯热熔和电熔焊接接头的DR检测,应用结果显示,数字射线能够对聚乙烯焊接缺陷进行有效识别.A method for deteeting defects in the hot melt and electrical melt welded joints of polyethylene gas pipelines is proposed.This paper analyzes the failure modes of hot melt and electrical melt welded joints,and prepares electrical meltand hot melt welded joints with artificial defects.Digital radiograph(DR)isused todetect joints with artificial defects.The experimental results show that the digital radiograph can beused asareliable detectionmethod to reliably detect the weldedjoints of polyethylene gas pipelines.Through the DR inspection of in-service polyethylene hot melt and electrical melt welded joints,the application results show that digital radiograph can effectively identify polyethylene welding defects.
