纺织工厂智能化设计浅析

摘　　要：归纳总结了纺织工厂智能化建设的内容。纺纱车间和织布车间自动化装备包括自动工作系统及自动物流系统。生产及管理智能化体系包括智能调度、智能监测、智能管理、智能物流等四大智能技术体系。同时介绍了如何构建智能管理体系和管理平台。纺织工厂智能化的实现可以提升企业的竞争力。The contents of intelligent construction of textile factories are summarized.The automatic equip⁃ment of spinning workshop and weaving workshop includes automatic working system and automatic logis⁃tics system.The intelligent production and management system includes four intelligent technology sys⁃tems:intelligent scheduling,intelligent monitoring,intelligent management and intelligent logistics.At the same time,it introduces how to build an intelligent management system and management platform.The real⁃ization of intelligent textile factory can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
