摘　　要：造口旁疝是腹部各类造口术后的常见并发症之一,严重时可能出现嵌顿及绞窄而必须实施急诊手术,处理比较棘手,需要有经验的疝外科医师根据术中情况综合判断选择适宜的方案。造口旁疝发生嵌顿及绞窄的围手术期并发症发生率和病死率均很高,需要加强宣传及病人宣教,尽早干预,择期修补,以减少发生。Parastomal hernia is a common complication ofpatients living with an enterostomy. In severe cases,incarceration and strangulation may occur,and emergencysurgery is necessary and challenging to deal with,requiring anexperienced hernia surgeon to manage. The incidence ofperioperative complications,especially the mortality rate,of incarcerated and strangulated parastomal hernia is very high.It is of great importance to stress patient education,ensuringearly intervention and selective repairment to diminish theoccurance of this event.
