摘 要:提出同时采用钢、铝、碳纤维板作为泡沫铝芯体的夹层板,充分利用钢、铝、碳纤维板各自的性能优势,设计和制备了钢-铝-碳纤维板异质夹层板协同填充泡沫铝填充管的新结构,并分析了此结构的力学性能以及不同应变下的失效形式。而后将其与空管、纯泡沫铝填充管、单一材质夹层板填充结构进行了对比。结果表明,异质夹层板强化泡沫铝填充管结构的总吸能、平均压缩力、峰值压缩力、压缩效率、载荷波动度的值分别为26.56×103k J/m3、47.81kN、87.49k N、54.65%、0.20,均优于其他结构。基于有限元分析平台ABAQUS对不同结构进行了有限元仿真,模拟新型结构在准静态压缩时夹层板的变形行为,并验证了新型复合结构的吸能性能。A new heterogeneous sandwich structure was introduced to the aluminum-foam-filled tube,in which the dissimilar plates of steel,aluminum,and carbon fiber reinforced composite were employed together as the sandwich panels and assembled sequentially between the foamed aluminum.This structure can take the combined advantages of the performance of steel,aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced composite.The mechanical properties and failure modes of the aluminum-foam-filled tube assembled with dissimilar sandwich plates under different strains were analyzed.Comparing with the sole thin-walled tube,aluminum foam and the-aluminum-foam filled tube reinforced with a single type of the sandwich plate(i.e.,one type material from the steel,aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced composite),the new heterogeneous sandwich structure had improved mechanical properties.In detail,the total energy absorption,mean compression load,peak compression load,compression load efficiency and load fluctuation of the new aluminum-foam-filled tube reinforced with dissimilar sandwich plates were 26.56×10~3 kJ/m~3,47.81 kN,87,49 kN,54.65% and 0.2,respectively,which were superior to other structures.Meanwhile,the finite element simulation of the different structures based on ABAQUS was carried out to simulate the deformation behavior of the sandwich plates during quasi-static compression,and verify the energy-absorption characteristics of the new heterogeneous sandwich structure.
