摘 要:为了有效评价轻型车门锁体的极限强度,提出一种基于有限元法的轻型车门锁体极限强度的求解方法。该方法能够求解出轻型车门锁体机构各工况下的极限承受载荷,仿真结果与试验结果对比,相对误差在10%以内,验证了有限元方法的正确性。利用建立的极限强度求解方法和试验设计方法以轻型车门锁体承载能力和材料成本为目标进行材料的优化选择,得到了最优的材料组合。To effectively evaluate the ultimate strength of light-weight door lock,a solution method of ultimate strength of light-weight door lock based on finite element method is proposed.This method can solve the ultimate load of lightweight door lock body mechanism under various working conditions.Compared with the experimental results,the relative error is less than 10%,which verifies the correctness of the finite element method.Using the established ultimate strength solution method and experimental design method,the optimal material combination is obtained with the objective of bearing capacity and material cost of light-weight door lock body.
