摘　　要：细胞焦亡是近年来的研究热点,且在多种疾病中发挥关键作用,在机体炎症反应和免疫反应中普遍存在。该文回顾性综述近年来有关细胞焦亡机制及相关疾病的最新文献,系统而全面地阐述细胞焦亡研究的最新进展。Pyroptosis is a new research frontier and it plays key roles in inflammatory and immune response.Pyroptosis is involved in the development of a variety of diseases.This review summarizes the up-to-date research progress on the mechanisms of pyroptosis and pyroptosis-related diseases,providing a systematic and comprehensive overview of current knowledge in pyroptosis.
