赋能护理在经尿道前列腺电切术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨赋能护理在经尿道前列腺电切术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将227例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗患者随机分为对照组114例和观察组113例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施赋能护理;比较两组干预效果。结果:护理后,观察组心境状态量表评分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组健康认知、生活质量、护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:赋能护理应用于经尿道前列腺电切术后患者中,可改善患者心境状态,提高患者生活质量和对疾病的健康认知,提升整体护理服务质量,值得借鉴推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of empowered nursing in the postoperative patients with transuretheral prostatic resection.Methods:A total of 227 cases of postoperative patients with transuretheral prostatic resection were randomly divided into the control group wuth 114 cases and the observation group with 113 cases,the control group adopted conventional nursing measures,the observation group on the basis of the control group implemented empowered nursing.Comparison was made between the two groups on intervention effect.Results:After nursing,the mood state scale scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The cognition,the quality of life and health care quality scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empowered nursing in the postoperative patients with transuretheral prostatic resection,can improve their state of mind,improve their quality of life and cognition to the health of disease,improve the overall quality of nursing service,which is worthy of popularizing for reference.
