摘  要:试验旨在研究添加亚麻油与棕榈油对绒山羊血清生化指标、脂肪代谢相关酶活性及营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取12只年龄相近、健康的绒山羊羯羊,随机分为亚麻油组(LO组)、棕榈油组(PO组)及混合油组(MO组,亚麻油与棕榈油配比为6∶4);日粮精粗比为5∶5,油脂添加量为全日粮的2%。预试验7 d,正式试验期23 d。结果显示:与PO组相比,LO组、MO组绒山羊血清中甘油三酯、胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白浓度显著降低,高密度脂蛋白浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。PO组、MO组山羊血清的激素敏感脂酶、脂蛋白脂酶活性显著低于LO组(P<0.05);PO组山羊血清的超长链脂肪酸延长酶活性显著低于MO组与LO组(P<0.05);LO组、PO组山羊血清中△-5脂肪酸脱氢酶、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶、丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶4活性均显著低于MO组(P<0.05)。MO组绒山羊中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著高于LO组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中混合使用6∶4亚麻油和棕榈油能够促进绒山羊脂肪酸合成,增强与n-3 PUFA生成有关的酶活性,提高绒山羊对蛋白质的利用效率,降低血脂沉积,添加效果优于添加单一的亚麻油和棕榈油,能够缓解单独添加亚麻油所引起的纤维物质消化率下降问题。The experiment was to investigate the effect of linseed oil and palm oil supplementation on serum biochemical indices, lipid metabolism-related enzyme activities and apparent digestibility of nutrients of cashmere goats. 12 healthy cashmere goats with similar age were randomly divided into linseed oil group(LO group), palm oil group(PO group) and mixed oil group(MO group, the ratio of linseed oil to palm oil was 6∶4). The ratio of concentrate to forage was 5∶5, and the amount of oil was 2% of the whole diet. The pre-test was 7 d, and the formal test period was 23 d. The result showed that compared with PO group, serum triglyceride, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein concentrations of cashmere goats in LO group and MO group were significantly decreased, high density lipoprotein concentrations were significantly increased(P<0.05). The activities of hormone-sensitive lipase and lipoprotein lipase in serum of cashmere goats in PO group and MO group were significantly lower than those in LO group(P<0.05). The elongase activity of ultra-long chain fatty acids in serum of cashmere goats in PO group was significantly lower than that in MO group and LO group(P<0.05),the activities of ?-5 fatty acid dehydrogenase, acetyl-CoA carboxylase and pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4 in serum of cashmere goats in LO group and PO group were significantly lower than those in MO group(P<0.05). The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in MO group was significantly higher than that in LO group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that diet using a mixture of 6∶4 can promote down producing goat linseed oil and palm oil fatty acid generated from scratch, n-3 PUFA related enzyme activity, improve the efficiency of the protein utilization in down producing goat, reduce blood fat deposition, has better effect than that of adding a single linseed oil and palm oil, relieve added individually linseed oil caused by fiber digestion rate of decline.
