摘 要:试验旨在探究日粮中添加不同水平的巴西人参茎叶青贮料对广西麻鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉营养成分的影响,将200只80日龄广西麻鸡随机分为4组(对照组、试验1组、试验2组、试验3组),每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组麻鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组麻鸡分别饲喂含巴西人参茎叶青贮料30%、40%、50%的试验日粮。试验期90 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组麻鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);试验1组麻鸡的屠宰率及腹脂率显著升高(P<0.05);试验3组麻鸡胸肌水分含量显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组麻鸡胸肌中天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量均有所提高;各试验组腿肌中天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、丝氨酸、酪氨酸含量均有所提高。研究表明,日粮中添加巴西人参茎叶青贮饲料对广西麻鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉品质均具有一定程度的改善作用。The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of different levels of Pfaffia paniculata stem and leaf silage on growth performance, slaughter performance and muscle nutrient composition of Guangxi Ma chicken. Two hundred 80-day-old Guangxi Ma chickens were randomly divided into four groups(control group, group 1, group 2 and group 3) with five replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate. The control group chickens were fed with basal diet,group 1, group 2 and group 3 chickens were fed content 30%, 40% and 50% Pfaffia paniculata stem and leaf silage,respectively. The experiment lasted for 90 d. The result show that compared with the control group, the results showed that the average daily gain in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Slaughter percentage and abdominal fat percentage in group 1 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and water content of breast muscle in group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the content of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, tyrosine and phenylalanine in the chest muscles of each experimental group were increased, the content of aspartic acid, proline, serine and tyrosine in the leg muscles of each experimental group were increased. The study indicates that the growth performance, slaughter performance and muscle quality of Guangxi Ma chicken were improved to some extent by adding Pfaffia paniculata stem and leaf silage.
