摘  要:试验旨在探究肉桂醛对日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)肠道结构的影响。选取平均体重为(4.56±0.02) g的鳗鲡幼鱼约36万尾,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复放养约6万尾。对照组为基础饵料,试验组在对照组的基础上混饲250 mg/kg肉桂醛,采用HE染色和显微观察比较两组肠道的结构差异。试验期30 d。结果显示:试验组鳗鲡肠道的肌层厚度明显增加,前肠和中肠的绒毛数量和绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。绒毛的分支结构也得到改善;试验组的肠道炎症得到缓解,前肠和中肠中杯状细胞数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,肉桂醛可以有效改善日本鳗鲡前肠和中肠的结构形态,减少炎症发生,对后肠的影响则相对有限。The study was to investigate the effect of cinnamaldehyde on intestinal structure of Anguilla japonica. About360 000 Anguilla japonica with an average weight of(4.56±0.02) g were selected and randomly divided into control group and test group, with three replicates in each group and 60 000 fish in each replicate. The control group was fed basic diet, the experimental group was fed 250 mg/kg cinnamaldehyde on basis of control group. HE staining and microscopic observation were used to compare the structural differences of intestinal tract between two groups. The experimental period was 30 d. The results showed that the muscle thickness of fish intestine in experimental group was significantly increased, the number and height of villi in foregut and midgut in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The branching structure of the villi was also improved, the number of goblet cells in foregut and midgut of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The study indicates that cinnamaldehyde can effectively improve the structure and morphology of foregut and midgut of Anguilla japonica, and reduce the occurrence of inflammation, but the effect on hindgut is relatively limited.
