金银花的生物活性成分及其在畜禽饲料生产和疾病防治中的应用

摘　　要：金银花(Lonicera japonica)为忍冬科植物忍冬的花蕾,主要分布在我国华中和华南地区,其中河南、山东是传统的金银花产地和栽培地,产量巨大。金银花富含有机酸类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜类、三萜皂苷类、挥发油类和多糖等多种活性成分,具有抗炎、杀菌、提高免疫力等特性。文章综述金银花的主要生物活性成分、生物学特性及其在畜禽疫病防控和饲料生产中的应用,为金银花在畜禽生产中的相关研究提供参考。Honeysuckle(Lonicera japonica) is the flower bud of honeysuckle, mainly distributed in central and southern China, among which Henan and Shandong are traditional honeysuckle producing areas and cultivation areas, with huge output. Lonicera japonica is a traditional authentic medicinal material, rich in active ingredients, including organic acids,flavonoids, iridoids, triterpenoid saponins, volatile oils and polysaccharides, etc. The article reviews the main bioactive components, biological characteristics and their applications in livestock and poultry epidemic prevention and control and feed production in traditional Chinese medicine Lonicera japonica, to provide reference for the research of honeysuckle in livestock and poultry production.
