摘 要:试验通过腹腔注射脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)建立断奶仔猪应激模型,研究大黄素(Emodin,ED)对免疫应激仔猪器官指数、血清生化指标以及血清抗氧化能力的影响。选取健康状况良好的三元杂交断奶仔猪24头,随机分为对照组(CON)、300 mg/kg大黄素处理组(ED)、LPS应激组(LPS)以及LPS+300 mg/kg大黄素处理组(ED-LPS)。在试验第21天,LPS组和ED-LPS组仔猪腹腔注射100μg/kg LPS,CON组和ED组注射等体积生理盐水,6 h后屠宰所有仔猪,进行各指标的测定。结果显示:与CON组相比,LPS组血清中肌酐(CRE)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和微量还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著降低(P<0.05);ED-LPS组肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清中CAT、GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,ED-LPS组肝脏指数显著降低(P<0.05),血清中ALP含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清中CAT活性、GSH含量以及T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05),IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加300 mg/kg大黄素可以提高仔猪机体抗氧化能力,缓解LPS诱导的断奶仔猪氧化应激和炎症。The stress model of weaned piglets was established by intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)to study the effects of emodin(ED)on organ index,serum biochemical indexes and serum antioxidant capacity of immune stressed piglets.Twenty-four weaned ternary hybrid piglets in good health were randomly divided into control group(CON),300 mg/kg ED treatment group(ED),LPS stress group(LPS)and LPS+300 mg/kg ED treatment group(ED-LPS).On the 21st day,piglets in the LPS and ED-LPS groups were injected intraperitoneally with 100μg/kg LPS,and piglets in the CON and ED groups were injected with equal volume of normal saline.All piglets were slaughtered 6 hours after injection.The results showed that compared with the CON group,the contents of creatinine(CRE),interleukin-6(IL-6)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in serum of the LPS group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activities of catalase(CAT)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the content of reduced glutathione(GSH)in serum decreased significantly(P<0.05).In the ED-LPS group,the liver organ index decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the activi-ties of CAT,GSH-Px in serum decreased signifi-cantly(P<0.05),and T-AOC increased significant-ly(P<0.05).Compared with the LPS group,theliver index of the ED-LPS group decreased signifi-cantly organ(P<0.05),the content of ALP in se-rum decreased significantly(P<0.05),the activity of CAT,the content of GSH and T-AOC in serum increased significantly(P<0.05),and the content ofIL-6 decreased significantly(P<0.05).The results showed that supplementation with 300 mg/kg emodincould improve the antioxidant capacity of piglets and alleviate the oxidative stress and inflammation ofweaned piglets induced by LPS.
