摘 要:以大泷六线鱼(Hexagrammos otakii)幼鱼为研究对象,在饲料中添加鸡肠粉代替鱼粉,替代比例分别为0(A1组)、25%(A2组)、50%(A3组)、75%(A4组)、100%(A5组),经过8周的饲养试验后,进行分析检测。结果显示:随着鸡肠粉代替鱼粉比例的增加,胃蛋白酶和脂肪酶含量均有不同程度的提升,而α-淀粉酶含量总体变化不大(P>0.05)。当鸡肠粉代替鱼粉比例大于75%时,肝脏、血清中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的活性显著高于A1、A2组(P<0.05)。当鸡肠粉代替鱼粉比例大于75%时,大泷六线鱼幼鱼肝脏中CPT-1基因的mRNA表达量显著下调(P<0.05),G6PD基因的mRNA表达量显著上调(P<0.05)。当鸡肠粉代替鱼粉比例大于50%时,PPAR-γ基因的mRNA表达量显著上调(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,大泷六线鱼幼鱼饲料中鸡肠粉代替量为50%时,对其消化和代谢无不良影响。Taking juvenile Hexagrammos otakii as the research object,chicken intestine meal was added to the diet as a replacement of fish meal,the substitution rates were respectively 0(A1),25%(A2),50%(A3),75%(A4),100%(A5).After eight weeks of feeding experiments.The results showed that:with the increased replacement rate of fish meal,the activities of pepsin and lipase were significantly increased(P<0.05),while theα-amylase content did not change(P>0.05).When the replacement rate of fish meal exceeded 75%,the activities of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase in liver and serum were significantly higher than those in A1,A2,and A3 groups(P<0.05).When the fish meal was replaced more than 75%,the mRNA expression of CPT-1 gene was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05),and the mRNA expression of G6PD gene was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).When the fish meal was replaced more than 50%,the mRNA expression of PPAR-γgene was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).The results of this experiment showed that:when 50%of the fish meal was replaced by chick-en intestine meal in the diet of juvenile H.otakii,there was no adverse effect on its digestion andmetabolism.
