摘 要:以活性炭(AC)为载体和还原剂,采用超声浸渍-碳热还原法制备了催化活性高和稳定性好的活性炭负载纳米钯催化剂(Pd/AC)。利用N物理吸附、XRD、XPS、TEM和Raman等手段对Pd/AC的结构、组成和形貌进行了表征。Pd纳米粒子粒径范围在4.05~8.50nm之间,平均粒径为6.63nm,均匀地分散在碳载体表面。Pd还原的同时,载体活性炭部分石墨化,提高了Pd/AC催化性能。催化十二氢-N-乙基咔唑(12H-NEC)脱氢反应实验结果表明,在180℃,Pd/12H-NEC质量比为0.3%的反应条件下,反应6h时12H-NEC转化率为99.49%,产氢率95.68%。The activated carbon supported Pd nanocatalysts(Pd/AC)with high catalytic activity and stability are prepared with activated carbon(AC)as supporter and reducing agent by ultrasonic impregnation-carbothermal reduction method.The structure,composition and morphology of Pd/AC are characterized by means of Nphysical adsorption,XRD,XPS,TEM and Raman.The results show that the Pd nanoparticles(PdNPs)are uniformly dispersed on the carbon support.The particle size of PdNPs ranges from 4.05 to 8.50nm with an average particle size of 6.63nm.At the same time of Pdreduction,the activated carbon supporter is partially graphitized,which improves the catalytic performance of Pd/AC.The results of the dehydro-genation reaction of dodecahydro-N-ethylcarbazole(12H-NEC)over Pd/AC show that the conversion rate of 12H-NEC is 99.49%and the yield of hy-drogen is 95.68%after 6h under the reaction conditions of Pd/12H-NEC(mass ratio)of 0.3%and the reaction temperature of 180℃.
