摘  要:以醋酸铅和碘化钾为原料合成了粗品碘化铅晶体,经两步提纯后得到纯度大于99.99%的碘化铅晶体。采用ICP-MS等分析手段对产物进行定性定量分析,对影响反应的重要因素进行了考察和讨论。反应的最佳条件为滴加速度5mL/min、浓度0.5mol/L,经过初步纯化退火后于合适条件下进行三次升华,可以得到纯度为99.9977%的高纯度的碘化铅晶体。该合成方法简单、除杂效果好,适合于放大生产。The crude lead iodide crystals are synthesized from lead acetate and potassium iodide. After two-step purification, the lead iodide crystals with a purity greater than 99.99% are obtained. The products are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by the means of ICP-MS. The im-portant factors which affect the process are investigated and discussed. The optimum reaction conditions are showed as follows: the dropping speed is5mL/min, the concentration is 0.5mol/L. After preliminary purification and annealing, the crude Pd I2is sublimated for three times under the appropriate conditions. The high purity lead iodide crystal with a purity of 99.9977% can be obtained. The synthetic method is simple and has a good impurity removal effect. It is suitable for the scale-up production.
