摘 要:采用烯丙基氯与热塑性酚醛树脂反应,制备出烯丙基酚醛树脂,然后加入双马来酰亚胺树脂与烯丙基酚醛树脂共聚制备出烯丙基酚醛-双马来酰亚胺树脂。对改性树脂的结构,固化反应和热失重情况进行了研究,通过加入增韧剂制备出耐高温胶粘剂,研究了增韧剂用量对室温和高温粘接强度的影响,结果表明,胶粘剂室温拉伸剪切强度为21.6MPa,300℃拉伸剪切强度为10.1MPa。Allyl novolac resin is prepared by making allyl chloride react with thermoplastic phenolic resin, and then the bismaleimide resin is added to copolymerize with allyl novolac resin to prepare allyl novolac-bismaleimide resin. The structure, curing reaction and thermal weight loss of modified resin are studied. The high temperature resistant adhesive is prepared by adding toughening agent, and the influence of the amount of tough-ening agent on the bonding strength at room temperature and high temperature is studied. The results show that the tensile shear strength of the adhe-sive at room temperature is 21.6MPa, the tensile shear strength at 300℃ is 10.1MPa.
