摘 要:为研究改性氧化石墨烯对聚硫密封剂性能的影响,通过力学性能、粘接性能及耐腐蚀性能的测试,对比了氧化石墨烯改性前后对密封剂性能的影响。试验结果:当密封剂基膏中添加2份改性氧化石墨烯时,密封剂的硬度为48 Shore A,拉伸强度为2.33MPa,拉断伸长率为466%,剥离强度为6.59kN/m,经霉菌试验后,密封剂长霉等级为0级。由此可见,改性后的氧化石墨烯改善了石墨烯混合过程中出现的团聚现象,在一定范围内对聚硫密封剂有较好的补强效果且提高了密封剂材料的防腐蚀性能。In order to study the effect of modified graphene oxide on the properties of polysulfide sealant, the effects of modified and unmodified graphene oxide on the properties of sealant are compared through the tests of mechanical properties, bonding properties and corrosion resistance. The test results are showed as follows: when the sealant base is added with 2phr modified graphene oxide, the Shore A hardness of sealant is 48, the ten-sile strength is 2.33MPa, the tensile elongation at break is 466% and the peel strength is 6.59kN/m, after mold test, the mildew grade is 0. Therefore,the modified grapheme oxide can improve the agglomeration phenomenon in the mixing process of grapheme, and has a good reinforcing effect on polysulfide sealant in a certain range and improves the corrosion resistance of sealant.
