摘  要:电化学法检测重金属离子凭借快速、准确、可原位检测等独特的优势成为了一种重要的重金属离子检测手段。设计并构建修饰电极是科研工作者们重要的研究方向。通过增强修饰电极的敏感性和选择性,可以获得检测极限更低、检测范围更宽的电化学传感器。有机与生物材料由于具有丰富的富电子原子和基团可与HMIs发生配位和螯合作用,因此作为电极修饰材料而备受关注。综述了不同类型的有机与生物材料用于HMIs电化学检测,并探讨了修饰电极对HMIs检测的增强机理。Electrochemical method has become an important way for detection of heavy metal ions(HMIs) with its unique advantages of fast, ac-curate and in-situ detection. The design and construction of modified electrode has become an important content for researchers. By enhancing the sensitivity and selectivity of the modified electrode, an electrochemical sensor with lower limit of detection and wider range of detection can be ob-tained. The organic and biological materials have attracted much attentions as electrode modification materials because of the abundance of electronrich atoms and groups that can coordinate and chelate with HMIs. Different types of organic and biological materials used in electrochemical detection of HMIs are reviewed, and the enhancement mechanism of modified electrode for HMIs detection is discussed.
