摘　　要：以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和可膨胀微球为原料,制备了一种新型可拆卸的双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。这种可拆卸胶粘剂即在90℃下可膨胀发泡,减少胶粘剂与粘接件的接触面积从而减少粘接力,达到可拆卸的目的。研究了固化剂的量、可膨胀微球的量、拆卸的温度对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,主剂与固化剂质量比为4∶1,微球含量15%,拆卸温度为90℃时,可拆卸胶粘剂的性能最佳。A new detachable two-component polyurethane adhesive is prepared with polyether polyol,polyester polyol,PAPI and expandable microspheres as materials.The detachable adhesive can be expanded and foamed at 90℃,so as to reduce the contact area between the adhesive and the parts,thereby reducing the adhesive force and the purpose of detachability is achieved.The effects of the amount of curing agent,the amount of expandable microspheres and the disassembly temperature on the properties of the adhesive are studied.When the mass ratio of main agent to curing a-gent is 4∶1,the content of microspheres is 15%and the disassembly temperature is 90℃,the performance of the detachable adhesive will be the best.
