摘　　要：甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐是一种非毒性且容易生物降解的配合剂,性价比高,主要用于洗涤剂和清洁剂行业。对使用醇析工艺制备甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐固体过程中的用醇种类,液体浓度、用醇量以及过滤温度进行优化对比研究,考察其对甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠固体纯度的影响。结果表明,采用醇析工艺,可使甲基甘氨酸二乙酸三钠盐纯度达到99.5%以上,收率达到95%以上。Methylglycine diacetate trisodium salt is a non-toxic and easily biodegradable compounding agent,cost-effective,mainly used in the detergent and cleaning agent industry.By the optimal comparative study on the type of alcohol used,the liquid concentration,the amount of alcohol used,and the filtration temperature in the process of preparing methylglycine diacetic acid trisodium salt solid by the alcohol precipitation process,the paper investigated its effect on the solid purity of trisodium methylglycine diacetate.The result showed the purity of methylglycine diacetic acid trisodium salt can reach more than 99.5%and the yield can reach more than 95%using alcohol precipitation process.
