摘  要:河北新欣园能源股份有限公司锅炉产出的蒸汽压力为5.5MPa,蒸汽经过减温减压后供各生产单元使用。受到减温减压器调节阀的制约,压降依然存在。通过改造降低锅炉蒸汽压力,减少中压蒸汽的压力损失,降低天然气的消耗量,在节能降耗方面取得显著效果。The steam pressure of the boiler produced by Xinxinyuan Company was 5.5 MPa.The steam was used by each production unit after temperature reduction and pressure reduction.The pressure drop still existed due to the restriction of temperature reduction and pressure reduction valve.Through the transformation,the steam pressure of boiler was reduced,the pressure loss of medium pressure steam was reduced,the consumption of natural gas was reduced,and remarkable effect was achieved in energy saving and consumption reduction.
