摘  要:以4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MDA)和丁酮为原料,加氢条件下合成4,4′-二仲丁氨基二苯甲烷。研究了催化剂、原料配比、反应温度、反应压力以及反应时间等因素对MDA转化率的影响。结果表明:在以钯/氢型沸石为催化剂,丁酮和4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷的物质的量比为5∶1,反应温度为135℃左右,反应压力为4MPa,反应时间为6h条件下,4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷转化率可达100%。4,4′-Methylene-bis[N-sec-butylaniline]was synthesized with methyl ethyl ketone and 4,4′-methylenedianiline as the raw materials under the Hpressure.The effects of synthesis conditions such as the kind of catalyst,the mole ratio of raw materials,the reaction temperature,the reaction pressure and the reaction time etc were studied.The optimum reacting conditions were as follows:the catalyst was Pb/HM,the mole ratio of methyl ethyl ketone and 4,4′-methylenedianiline was 5∶1,the reaction temperature was about 135℃,the reaction pressure was 4 MPa and the reaction time was 6 h.Under above conditions,the conversion of 4,4′-methylenedianiline was 100%.
