摘 要:针对矿井中深钻孔施工轨迹不可控,目标定位不准确等问题,以中马村矿2700回风底抽巷和3906工作面为工程背景,运用定向钻进技术施工中深钻孔,通过开分支孔综合考察定向钻孔的保直性、纠偏能力、开分支能力等各项指标,提出了以定向钻机开分支孔代替常规钻孔以及高位定向钻孔治理采空区瓦斯的“以孔代巷”的瓦斯治理方案。研究结果表明,定向钻孔百米水平误差仅0.13 m,百米铅垂误差仅0.03 m,钻孔轨迹可控;ZYWL-6000DS钻机可实现开分支功能,可实现钻孔的实时纠偏,利用分支钻孔进行超前探、工作面瓦斯治理相比于常规钻孔具有显著优势。Aiming at the problems of uncontrollable construction track and inaccurate target positioning of the middle and deep boreholes in the mine.Taking 2700 return air bottom drainage roadway and3906 working face in Zhongmacun mine as the engineering background,the directional drilling technology was used to construct the middle and deep boreholes.Through drilling branch holes,the straightness keeping,deviation correction ability,and branch opening ability of the directional boreholes were comprehensively investigated.The gas control scheme of "hole instead of the lane" which uses a directional drill to open a branch hole instead of a conventional hole and a high-level directional hole to control gas in goaf was proposed.The results show that the horizontal error in 100 m is only 0.13 m and the vertical is only 0.03 m,and the drilling trajectory is controllable;ZYWL-6000DS drilling rig can realize branch opening function,realize real-time deviation correction of drilling,and use branch drilling for advanced exploration and gas control in working face,which has obvious advantages over conventional drilling.
