摘  要:针对清水营煤矿回采巷道存在的复合软岩,顶板淋水、大变形及底鼓的复杂围岩控制问题,在详细分析巷道存在问题、原支护设计,同时借鉴以往支护经验的基础上,提出了复合软岩顶板采用限位抗剪锚杆+防腐短锚索+长锚索的“梯度支护”、帮部及巷道底板采用等强预紧力锚杆加反底拱亲泥性注浆材料注浆、底角采用短锚索+W钢带+W形锚索托盘的联合支护优化方案,形成了复合软岩淋水顶板及底鼓巷道锚注一体化支护技术。应用表明,梯度支护设计能较好地控制复合软岩巷道的围岩变形,亲泥性材料注浆实现了底板挤水、泥岩裂隙封堵、底板加固的目的,顶板离层量、底板移近量及左、右帮移近量显著降低,均在巷道设计标准范围内。In view of the complex surrounding rock control problems existing in the mining roadway of Qingshuiying coal mine,such as compound soft rock,roof water leaching,large deformation and floor heave,based on the detailed analysis of the existing problems in the mining roadway,the original support design,and drawing on the previous support experience,the composite soft rock roof adopts the "gradient support" design of high strength shear anchorage bolt + anti-corrosion short anchor cable +long anchor cable,the wall and roadway floor adopts the equal strength pre-tightening anchor bolt and anti-bottom arch slalophilic grouting material,and the bottom corner adopts the combined support optimization scheme of short anchor cable+W steel belt +W-shaped anchor cable tray.The integrated support technology of composite soft rock leachate roof and floor heave roadway bolting and grouting is formed.The application shows that the gradient support design can well control the surrounding rock deformation of the composite soft rock roadway.The grouting with mudophilic material can realize the purpose of floor water squeezing,mudstone fissure sealing and floor reinforcement.The roof separation,floor movement,and left and right side movement are significantly reduced,which are all within the range of roadway design standards.
