摘 要:针对红柳林煤矿44203工作面浅埋薄基岩厚风化层顶板典型地质特点,开展了110工法顶板主动-被动支护技术研究。主动支护方面,提出采用NPR锚索进行支护,通过理论分析确定了锚索排距、锚索长度等关键参数;被动支护方面,提出采用单元支架进行临时支护,基于给定载荷估算法和动载荷法确定了支架工作阻力技术参数。在此基础上,开展了现场工业性试验,结果表明,NPR锚索稳定后受力220~235 kN,单元支架稳定后的支护荷载平均值为34.6 MPa,滞后工作面约200 m留巷围岩达到稳定状态,现场工业性试验验证了所提支护技术的可靠性。According to the typical geological characteristics of shallow buried bedrock thick weathered roof in the 44203 working face of Hongliulin coal mine,the active-passive support technology of 110roof was carried out.In terms of active support,NPR anchor cable is proposed,with key parameters such as cable distance and length.For passive support,temporary support is proposed,and technical parameters of support resistance are determined based on given charge estimation and dynamic load method.Based on this basis,the field industrial test is carried out and shows that the average support load of the force unit 220-235 kN,support after the NPR anchor cable stabilization is that the 34.6 MPa,lagging working surface of about 200 m retaining rock reaches a stable state.The field industrial test verifies the reliability of the proposed support technology.
