摘 要:针对煤层厚度大、透气性差及瓦斯含量高,同时矿井开采强度大,特别是煤层结构复杂,夹矸 3~4 层,对抽采瓦斯的运移造成了“屏障”效应,阻碍了煤层瓦斯运移等瓦斯重大灾害防治难题。为了提升瓦斯抽采效果,使得矿井“抽、掘、采”保持平衡,提出 CO_(2)压裂增透技术手段来提高矿井瓦斯抽采效果,从而确保矿井安全高效生产。结果表明:预裂孔百米瓦斯抽采量最大值 0.042 6 m^(3)/min,平均值 0.027 6 m^(3)/min,压裂孔相对于对比孔百米钻孔瓦斯抽采量提高了 300%;压裂孔瓦斯抽采浓度均大于对比孔的瓦斯抽采浓度,平均提高了 242.4%;压裂后的煤层透气性系数为压裂前的 7.75 倍,通过 CO_(2)压裂增加煤层透气性系数效果明显,为保德煤矿提供行之有效的增透技术。In view of the large coal seam thickness,poor air permeability and high gas content,and the strong mining intensity,especially the complex coal seam structure with 3 to 4 layers of gangue,it creates a "barrier" effect on the migration of extracted gas and hinders gas transportation in the coal seam.Shift the prevention and control of major gas disasters.In order to improve the effect of gas drainage and keep the balance of "draining,digging and mining" in the mine,CO_(2) fracturing and antipermeability technology is proposed to improve the effect of gas drainage in the mine,thereby ensuring safe and efficient production in the mine.The results show that:the maximum gas drainage rate of 100meters from the pre-split hole is 0.042 6 m^(3)/min,and the average value is 0.027 6 m^(3)/min.Compared with the comparison hole,the gas drainage rate of the fracture hole is increased by 300%;the gas drainage concentration is greater than the gas drainage concentration of the contrast hole,and the average increase is 242.4%;the coal seam permeability coefficient after fracturing is 7.75 times that before fracturing,and the effect of increasing the coal seam permeability coefficient through CO_(2) fracturing is obvious,which is Baode coal mines provide effective anti-reflection technology.
