摘  要:针对传统煤矿巷道锚杆受力情况监测技术多依赖传统的机械式或电感式的监测手段,效率低,准确性不高等不足,提出了一种基于光栅传感器的巷道锚杆受力监测方法。根据现实煤矿生产情况中锚杆受力监测的需求,设计了监测系统模型,依据矿井工作面覆岩力学等参数来确定监测点,完成系统与网络的布置,并分析整理所获取的监测数据,实现对巷道围岩压力、位移、应力、锚杆受力状况的实时监测。较传统人工的监测方法具有更高的准确性、实时性。达到了预期的效果,证明了基于光栅传感器巷道锚杆受力情况监测方法的有效性、可靠性。Aiming at the shortage of inefficiency and inaccuracy of traditional monitoring technology of mechanical or inductive stress on mine roadway bolt,a monitoring method of roadway bolt′ s stress based on raster sensor is presented.In accordance with the requirements for monitoring the bolt′s sress in actual coal mine production,a model monitoring system is designed.The monitoring points are determined according to the parameters of overburden mechanics of coal mine face,the system and network are laid out,and the obtained monitoring data are analyzed and sorted out to realize real-time monitoring of pressure,displacement,stress and bolt′s stress condition of roadway surrounding rock.It is more accurate and real-time than traditional manual monitoring methods.The expected results are achieved and the validity and reliability of the raster sensor-based monitoring method for the roadway bolt strength is demonstrated.
