带式输送机状态监测及故障诊断系统设计研究

摘　　要：带式输送机是综采设备中重要的输送设备之一,在煤矿井下承担着输送任务。在带式输送机长期的输送工作时,随着设备的长期使用经常会出现,带式输送机输送带磨损、打滑以及由于异物造成带式输送机输送带的纵撕等故障现象的发生,若不能够及时发现故障就会对企业造成非常大的损失,甚至产生安全事故。基于此设计了一套针对带式输送机的状态监测及故障诊断系统,该系统能够对带输送机的运行状态进行实时监测,同时能够针对带式输送机的故障进行及时的报警,达到保护带式输送机,提升带式输送机工作效率,促进企业生产的目的。Belt conveyor is one of the most important conveying equipment in fully mechanized mining equipment,which undertakes the conveying task in the coal mine.In long belt conveyor conveying work,frequently,and with the long-term use of equipment belt conveyor belt wear,skid and caused by foreign body belt conveyor belt of fault,the phenomena of the longitudinal tear if can′ t find fault in time will cause great losses to the enterprise,and even produce safety accidents.Based on the design of a set for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of belt conveyor,the system can real-time monitor the running status of belt conveyor,at the same time to deal with fault belt conveyor to timely report to the police,to protect a belt conveyor,improve work efficiency of belt conveyor,the purpose of promoting enterprise production.
