摘 要:针对我国煤制油产生气化灰渣二次利用的问题,旨在利用气化灰渣制成矿井防灭火材料,充填煤田采空区,然而防灭火材料在实际应用过程中存在输送困难的问题,如堵管、输送距离有限等。为解决此类难题,选择XF1,XF2,XF3,XF4,XF5和XF6共6种悬浮剂,与气化灰渣配制成悬浮浆液,增强气化灰渣颗粒的悬浮特性和浆液的流动特性。配制水灰比1∶0.4和不同悬浮剂添加量的气化灰渣悬浮浆液,采用对比分析法研究气化灰渣悬浮浆液的悬浮特性和流动特性,从而得出适合气化灰渣的最佳悬浮剂。结果表明:气化灰渣悬浮浆液悬浮率随悬浮剂添加量呈正相关;对比悬浮率和流动参数,在水灰比1∶0.4的情况下,6种悬浮剂中添加XF4的气化灰渣浆液的悬浮效果最好,XF4的最佳添加量为1.75%,悬浮率为81.82%,流动度为22.80 cm。Aiming at the secondary utilization of coal-to-liquid gasification ash in China,the aim is to use gasification ash to make mine fire-fighting materials and fill coal mine goafs.However,fire-fighting materials are in actual application.There are problems with difficult transportation,such as pipe blockage and limited transportation distance.In order to solve this kind of problem,selects XF1,XF2,XF3,XF4,XF5 and XF6 suspending agents,which are formulated with gasification ash to form a suspension slurry to enhance the suspension characteristics of gasification ash particles and the flow characteristics of the slurry.Prepare the gasification ash slag suspension slurry with water-cement ratio1∶0.4 and different suspending agent additions,and use the comparative analysis method to study the suspension characteristics and flow characteristics of the gasification ash slag suspension slurry,so as to obtain the most suitable gasification ash slag good suspending agent.The results show that the suspension rate of the gasification ash suspension slurry is positively correlated with the amount of suspending agent added;comparing the suspension rate and flow parameters,in the case of the watercement ratio of 1∶0.4,the gasification ash slurry of XF4 is added to the 6 types of suspending agents,the suspension effect of XF4 is the best.The optimal addition amount of XF4 is 1.75%,the suspension rate is 81.82%,and the fluidity is 22.80 cm.
