美国情景喜剧幽默的表现手段——以《老友记》为例

摘　　要：幽默作为一种特定的艺术手法,广泛存在于文学和影视作品中,其中情景喜剧独具特色。诙谐的语言和夸张的场景是情景喜剧幽默的主要载体。根据传播媒介的不同,情景喜剧幽默可分为言语幽默和非言语幽默。言语幽默包括语言幽默、文化幽默和普遍幽默;非言语幽默又可分为视觉类非言语幽默和听觉类非言语幽默。文章以美国情景喜剧《老友记》为例,讨论剧中的幽默表现手段,并探讨相应的翻译策略,以期为幽默翻译实践提供参考。Humor,as a specific artistic technique,widely exists in literature and film and television works,among which sitcoms are unique.Witty language and exaggerated scenes are main approaches of sitcom humor.According to the different media,sitcom humor can be divided into verbal humor and non-verbal humor.Verbal humor includes general humor,cultural humor and linguistic humor;non-verbal humor can be further divided into visual non-verbal humor and auditory non-verbal humor.Taking the American sitcom“Friends”as a sample,this paper discusses the humorous expression methods in the play,and analyzes the corresponding translation strategies,so as to provide reference for humor translation practice.
