调整阴阳平衡、减少应激是加速康复外科提升患者安全的关键

摘　　要：手术对于机体来说是一个巨大的创伤,会产生应激反应,引起神经-内分泌等系统一系列相关变化,导致内环境的紊乱,增加患者术后并发症发生几率,降低患者安全。加速康复外科旨在利用一系列循证医学证实的优化措施,减轻患者应激,提升患者安全。本文通过探讨手术应激与阴阳平衡的关系,探究加速康复外科降低应激的机制,以求寻找新的围手术期中西医结合的综合性治疗方案。Surgery is a huge trauma to the body,resulting in stress response,causing a series of related changes in neuro-endocrine and other systems,leading to disorders of the internal environment,increasing the risk of postoperative complications,and reducing patient safety.Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)aims to reduce patient stress and improve patient safety by using a series of evidence-based medicine proven optimization measures.This paper discusses the relationship between surgical stress and balance of Yin and Yang,explores the mechanism of ERAS to reduce stress,and lays a foundation for finding a new comprehensive treatment scheme of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in perioperative period.
