摘 要:金属/聚合物复合结构可为工程轻量化设计提供新的解决方案。本文开展了AA6061铝合金与热塑性聚酰亚胺摩擦点焊实验,研究了旋转速度与下压量对金属/聚合物复合结构微观组织与拉剪性能的影响。结果表明,采用摩擦点焊技术可以实现AA6061铝合金与热塑性聚酰亚胺的连接。AA6061铝合金与热塑性聚酰亚胺界面处存在相互嵌入的过渡层。高的旋转速度与大的下压量有利于接头拉剪性能的提升。断裂均发生在铝合金与聚酰亚胺焊接界面处,断裂形式趋向于延性断裂。The metal/polymer composite structure has become the new solution for lightweight design. The friction spot welding test of AA6060 Al alloy and thermoplastic polyimide(TPI) were carried out, and the effect of the rotational speed and plunge depth on the microstructure and tensile-shear force of the composite structure were studied. The results show that the AA6061 Al alloy and TPI sheet are successfully joined via friction spot welding technology. The transition layer embedded with each other exists at the AA6061/TPI interface. High rotational speed and large plunge depth are useful to the increase of tensile-shear force of the joint. The fracture is located at the AA6061/TPI interface, and the failure mode tends to ductile fracture.
