摘 要:通过设计标准螺旋试样,运用离散元软件模拟钢液在螺旋模型中的充型长度,探究多维高频振动对钢液流动性能的影响。通过正交实验,运用极差和方差分析法分析不同振动影响因子对钢液充型流动性的影响程度。结果表明:在浇注过程中施加振动可有效提高钢液的充型流动性能,当振动方向为三自由度、振频为45Hz、振幅为0.45mm时,充型流动效果最佳。制作了齿轨铸件浇注模型,在自制的电磁振动试验台上进行齿轨充型流动实验验证,实验结果与离散元软件模拟结果基本一致。在齿轨铸件生产过程中,对铸型施加高频多维振动有助于减少铸造缺陷,提高力学性能。By designing standard spiral specimens, the filling length of the molten steel in spiral mold was simulated by using discrete element software. The effect of multi-dimensional high-frequency vibration on the flow properties of the molten steel was explored. Through orthogonal experiment, the influence degree of different vibration factors on liquid steel filling fluidity was analyzed by means of range and variance analysis. The results show that vibration during pouring can effectively improve the filling flow performance of molten steel. When the vibration direction is three degrees of freedom, the vibration frequency is 45Hz, and the amplitude is 0.45mm, the filling flow effect is the best. The casting model of gear-rail casting was made, and the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results of discrete element software. In the production process of gear rail castings, the application of high frequency multi-dimensional vibration to the mold is helpful to reduce the casting defects and improve the mechanical properties.
