摘 要:为了研究超声振动辅助铸造对钢组织的影响,分别采用常规铸造和超声振动辅助铸造两种方法制备了汽车连杆用43MnS钢试样,并进行了显微组织和硫化物的测试与比较。结果表明:超声振动辅助铸造使试样显微组织明显细化,硫化物由长条状变为弥散分布的细小颗粒状。超声振动辅助铸造的43MnS钢的硫化物长宽比为1.05,近似呈等轴状。与常规铸造相比,超声振动辅助铸造的43MnS钢单位面积硫化物个数增大288个/mm^(2),硫化物平均长度减小33.8μm,硫化物平均宽度减小0.4μm,硫化物长宽比减小7.76。In order to study the effect of ultrasonic vibration assisted casting on the structure of the steel, 43MnS steel specimens for automobile connecting rod were prepared by conventional casting and ultrasonic vibration assisted casting, and the microstructure and sulfide were tested and compared. The results show that the microstructure of the specimen is obviously refined by ultrasonic vibration assisted casting, and the sulfide changes from long strip to fine particle. The sulfide aspect ratio of 43MnS steel by ultrasonic vibration assisted casting is 1.05, which is approximately equiaxed. Compared with those of conventional casting, the number of sulfides per unit area in 443MnS steel by ultrasonic vibration assisted casting is increased by 288 number/mm^(2), the average length of sulfides is decreased by 33.8 μm, the average width of sulfides is decreased by 0.4μm, and the aspect ratio of sulfides is decreased by 7.76.
