摘  要:为了提高锻造成形数值模拟的准确性,以3Cr2MnNiMo塑料模具钢为研究对象,根据实际锻造工艺和铸锭的内部组织特点,运用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件分别建立整体模型与分区模型。采用两镦两拔的轴向反复镦拔法进行锻造过程数值模拟,对比分析了锻造过程中两种坯料模型的温度场、应力场及表面成形质量。结果表明:与分区模型相比,整体模型的锻后温度分布更加均匀且温差较小,等效应力值更小,表面平整度及成形质量更好。In order to improve the accuracy of numerical simulation of forging, taking the 3Cr2MnNiMo plastic die steel as the research object,according to the actual forging process and the internal structure characteristics of the ingot, the whole model and partition model were established by ABAQUS finite element simulation software. The numerical simulation of forging process was carried out by using the axial repeated upsetting-stretching method with two upsetting and two stretching.The temperature field, stress field and surface forming quality of two blank models during forging process were compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with those of the partition model, the temperature distribution of the whole model after forging is more uniform and the temperature difference is smaller, the equivalent stress value is smaller,and the surface smoothness and forming quality are better.
