摘 要:通过不同温度下5083铝合金挤压管的单向拉伸试验,研究温度对其性能的影响,确定变形性能较好的温度区间。分析应变速率对其力学性能的影响,并确定了材料热塑性本构方程的参数,建立了适用于高温条件下的5083铝合金管热塑性本构方程。结果 表明,运用双幂函数强化模型所构建的高温塑性本构方程可以更好地描述5083铝合金管高温塑性变形行为。Through the one-way tensile test of 5083 aluminum alloy extrusion pipe at different temperatures, the influence of temperature on its performance was studied, and the temperature range with good deformation performance was determined. The effect of the strain rate on the mechanical properties was analyzed. The parameters of material thermoplastic constitutive equation were determined. The thermoplastic constitutive equation of 5083 aluminum alloy tube for high temperature conditions was established. The results show that the high temperature plastic constitutive relationship established by using the double power function strengthening model can better describe the high temperature plastic deformation behavior of 5083 aluminum alloy.
