摘 要:研究了4mm厚的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢宽凸缘圆筒件成形工艺。结果表明:宽凸缘圆筒不锈钢冷拉深件实现尺寸精确控制难度很大。研制产品通过两次拉深成形,终拉深件回弹严重,高度尺寸误差大。影响拉深件尺寸超差的主要原因是回弹。由于不锈钢材料回弹大,致使法兰不平,底面不平。模具高度方向弹性变形影响回弹。可通过法兰、底平面校平,精确控制高度尺寸。The forming technology of 4 mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel wide flange cylinder was studied. The results show that it is very difficult to achieve precise size control of stainless steel cold drawing parts with wide flange cylinder. The product is formed by two deep drawing, the springback of final drawing parts is serious and the height dimension error is large. The main reason that affects the dimensional excess of drawing parts is springback. Because the springback of stainless steel material is large, the flange and the bottom surface are uneven. The elastic deformation in the direction of die height affects springback. The height dimension can be accurately controlled by flange and bottom plane leveling.
